When you have decided on your date and venue, contact me so we can have our first chat, either online or face to face, if you are in Mallorca.

This is free of charge with no obligation to book my services.

To reserve my services for your special day, I will ask for a booking fee.
When the booking is secured, I'll send you my interactive, comprehensive wedding questionnaire, where you can tell me all about yourselves. What you leave out or put in is completely your choice.
We then schedule a 2nd video call / consultation - for me to get to know you both and to chat over your questionnaire, I will then have a clear idea on all aspects of your script and ceremony.
From our consultation and your questionnaire, I create your beautiful ceremony, scripted to suit your personal wedding / ceremony style and your unique love story. I have several other wedding ceremony price packages with extra consultations, chats with family & friends, if you’d like a deeper dive for your ceremony, as well as extra rituals woven into the ceremony, rehearsals at your wedding venue and other special services. Around two months before your wedding, I will send you the first draft of the ceremony, as an interactive document, giving us plenty of time to make any necessary changes. For the basic package I allow for 2 x script refinements.
I will guide you with unlimited emails and check-in video calls.
For any rituals I connect with the wedding planners / or source for you - additional costs may apply, which we can chat over. If you’d like special flowers for a ritual, locally sourced scented candles etc.
A few days before your wedding, I will prepare and print the final completed script, your vows, the readings and love letters (in elegant presentation booklets), to be used for your ceremony.
If previously arranged, I will join you at the venue the day before the wedding to go through the rehearsal with you, so there are no surprises on the day!

Getting excited… I am, as it won’t be long until your big day… what to expect…

I will arrive a couple of hours ahead of time to prepare the ceremony area, check on you both, head off for any last minute tissues, fans, water, check the music, mic, confetti and meet with any family / friends taking part in the ceremony.

As well as connect with your wedding planner, photographer, videographer and venue host. Then it's ceremony time!

I’'ll make sure the bridal procession is timed to perfection, and clear on seating arrangements. Then I deliver your beautiful ceremony. I'll also organise the confetti moment, an abundance of petals, either as you walk back down the aisle or as you are gathered post the Ceremony.

After the ceremony when you are relaxing with your guests, I'll have a glass of refreshment - hopefully have a lovely photo taken with you and quietly slip away.

Knowledge of Wedding protocol, organisation and ceremonies.
Unlimited telephone, video calls, contact by what’sApp or email.
Video consultations - Varying in quantity depending on your price package - Standard being 2 × 1 hour consultations
Access to multiple examples of readings, music, vows, blessings or any other ceremony content you may need.
A personally written, bespoke ceremony reflecting your wishes and style - your love story - with 2 x refinements of the script with my standard ceremony package - more are available with other price packages
If you decide to have a hand-fasting ritual, I can provide your hand-made cord as a keepsake - for other rituals or styles of hand-fasting ties, we can chat, I will liaise with your wedding planner, florist and local suppliers.
Travel to the venue on the wedding day (within the Balearic islands, otherwise travel charges will apply)
I am equipped with an elegant lectern and baskets for confetti if required.
Arrival at least 2 hours before the Ceremony to calm nerves and oversee the set-up.

Additionally, I have silver, & gold packages - which include extras such as: Rehearsals, Multi-day weddings with multiple rituals, ceremony space - creative consultation for design and styling, as well as deep dive video consultations with family and friends for their participation in readings / your script.
